President Michael Dunn called the June monthly meeting to order 1730hrs.

The May Monthly meetings were suspended for technical difficulties.

Pension: No response from City yet and no reply to the letters that have been sent. No negotiations by July 1 will be considered a roll and City will be informed as such if necessary.

President's Cup: September 5th 9 am shotgun start at the Orchards.

Social Committee: Picnic at Eisenhower is on, working on solidifying date. Pizza truck from 3-7, picnic will start at 1 and go all day. $10/person

Dunk Tank: Plan to donate money to Sandy Ground Project, still working on insurance.

President's Report: Sandy Ground project fundraiser at Two Roads went well, worthwhile project. See Ronnie Wetmore for tickets.

Branford Fireworks and Thimble Island Booze Cruise flyers up at stations are for Sandy Ground fundraising- see Jason Dombrowski.

Issue with Christine Bierswirth in office has been discussed with Acting Chief Healey, if any members have any  issues or harassment from her, notify the Union.

Uniforms are being discussed with city, possibility of voucher for list of approved items.

Commissioners meeting scheduled for June 26th, hope for nomination of new Chief.

New Business

Motion to donate money from Dunk Tank (pending insurance) to Sandy Ground Project with half to go to in-house issue should one arise by Talaniec, 2nd by Wetmore. Unanimous

Tables & chairs policy should be established and locked up with keys for 7s Lts. Working on area to store them.

Inflatable bounce house for Fireworks Saturday needs insurance rider. Dombrowski (via Heenan) asked for Union to front no more than $100 to be repaid after event. Motion by Bocchetta, 2nd by J. Edo. Unanimous.

Brandon Edo volunteered to start some sort of award ceremony committee for Union and family members for recognition of new members, achievements, etc. to be held annually.

Motion to suspend next two (2) meetings by AJ Murphy, 2nd by Biroscak. Unanimous.
