Bar 333 after meeting to send Dunn off.

Treasurer's Report

Attached, accepted, unanimous.

New Business

Motion by LaGuardia to suspend all donations until contract is settled, 2nd by Buch. Discussion to hold off in case we need money for arbitration or anything. We do have money for attorneys without sacrificing our donations to the community. Clarification of where funds come from for donations. Much comes from all-charities for donations to charities. Other things (i.e. post proms) comes from general fund. About $1000 a year budgeted for random donations and we usually stay around that unless something major comes up. If we run out, we can get money from IAFF at 0% loan with a phone call. More money goes to teams and requests than on donations. Cutting out all donations could be extreme, rather than being more conservative about amounts we donate. 1 in favor, Majority against. Motion failed

Inspectors test will be coming up soon.

President Dunn thanks the floor for everything over the last 16 years on the board. Please come out to vote for the successor who you all think will represent the union best. Invited everyone to Bar 333.

Connelly thanked Dunn on behalf of the union body.

Motion to adjourn: Luciano

2nd: Biroscak

Unanimous

Respectfully Submitted,

Michael Geanacopoulos, Secretary
